RETURN & EXCHANGE


BEFORE Shipping: If you wish to edit or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been shipped you can call or WhatsApp Our customer Service team on +2 010099228840. Make sure to have your Order number in hand, to discuss what practical options are available to you.


AFTER Shipping: We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 14 days without giving any reason, even if the Product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to refund or exchange products.
  • Refund or exchange cost will be the same as you paid for shipping the order.
  • Make sure the item(s) you want to exchange, or refund are in "as new" condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any items which have been provided free-of-charge with the bought products must also be returned.
  • Hygiene and our customers' safety is super important, so underwear, socks, and towels will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
